At The Original Knit, we take pride in our handcrafted quality, but if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 15 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags intact to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Download your prepaid shipping label and schedule a pickup or drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned knitwear for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
